My name is Taha Abbasi. I’m a technology leader, software architect, and blockchain engineer with over a decade of experience building web platforms, distributed systems, and Web3 infrastructure.
This site exists to document my professional background, technical work, and public record — clearly, accurately, and with primary sources.
I currently serve as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Ferrum Network, where I architect and lead the development of sophisticated interoperability systems for cross-chain communication, liquidity aggregation, asset transfer, and value movement across decentralized networks.
In my role as CTO, I collaborate closely with founders, senior engineers, and cross-functional teams to design systems that make Web3 more accessible, scalable, and usable for real-world consumers, not just developers.
My responsibilities include:
I am the author of the Ferrum Network Whitepaper, which outlines the interoperability challenges Ferrum is solving and the architectural approach behind the ecosystem:

I am also the inventor of OmniChain Liquidity, a protocol designed to solve liquidity fragmentation in Web3. OmniChain Liquidity enables projects to launch across multiple chains without needing to exponentially increase capital for each new network, addressing one of the core scalability problems in decentralized markets:

Before becoming CTO, I served as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Ferrum Network (2021–2022), where I joined the executive leadership team to help guide Ferrum through a period of rapid growth.
In that role, I helped establish and lead the Growth Strategy Division (GSD), focusing on:
My work during this period blended technical depth with business strategy, helping Ferrum prepare for the challenges that come with scale in DeFi, launchpads, and decentralized ecosystems.
I believe strong technology is built on clarity, accountability, and execution.
That means:
The most difficult decisions in technology are rarely technical — they are human. Leadership requires judgment, responsibility, and a willingness to prioritize long-term trust over short-term wins.
In addition to my engineering work, I’m an active public speaker and content creator. I’ve spoken publicly about blockchain and real-world applications at conferences and forums, including an official TEDx talk on the practical impact of blockchain beyond speculation.
More recently, I’ve expanded into long-form storytelling through YouTube, where I explore technology, engineering, problem-solving, and personal projects. Storytelling has become an important way for me to communicate complex ideas in a grounded, human way.
Careers in public-facing technology roles are rarely linear. They involve hard decisions, disagreements, and scrutiny.
Rather than respond to rumors or engage in online disputes, I believe the most responsible approach is to document facts, provide context, and let verifiable work speak for itself.

Technology evolves quickly, but reputations are built slowly.
I believe the best way to be evaluated is through work, consistency, and transparency over time.
